This is the two binder set comprising of Volumes I II (Issues of 1847 1868, and Issues of 1869 1893) and Volumes III IV (Issues of 1894 1907, and Issues of 1908 1918 & Selected Issues). Pages are printed on heavy, glossy card stock and housed in five-ring binders. Volumes are presented in a dual format. First part is a technical discussion of the issues that are being covered and the second part are the color illustrations printed on grey, glossy card stock. The binders are housed in a matching slipcase. Condition of the set is fine. They have been very gently used. This set does not contain the volumes on papers and gums that were published later.
