Very well centered, with a cork cancel. 1981 cert mentions a tiny tear at right & a crease at top right, 2009 cert calls a large sealed tear at top right through the numeral “2”. What happened between the certs is that the crease became a tear, thus enlarging the tiny tear, then the tear was very skillfully sealed. Rare Stamp used, about 23 used copies are recorded.
