Scott #31 10ct Type I Used VF-XF RARE. Beautifully centered with 4 big margins – I would have rated this XF but knocked it down a grade for the multiple cancels. All Type I come from the bottom row of the sheet and have one or two guide dots in the lower left margin; this one has two. The Type I is also the only Type with substantially complete bottom design.
