Straight edge with’cutting line arrow’ at the (upper left corner). Cutting Line Arrow’s occurs only in 1/100 stamps. These stamps were cut from a sheet of 400 stamps into individual sheets (panes) of 100 stamps. The cutting line arrows were placed at the edge of the sheets, midway between the sheets to help the person who was cutting the sheets.
